I have searched the groups and cant find anyone complaining about speeds like this so does anyone have any suggestions why this would be or an idea of a tweak, etc?
EDIT: I ran this speed WHILE tethered.

Try installing the "Telus V1.04.05V Radio R". I'm not sure if this will help with data speed but it definitely increased the signal strength of my Sprint TP. I'm just guessing that with a stronger signal you'd have a better chance at accessing the Rev A network in your area. I could be wrong though.
