Bootloaders do not change first of all. And secondly, (usually) once the radio is gone in the 67 it is gone forever. If you reboot your 6700 and it says NONE in red next to where it usually displays the radio version then your radio hardware is shot and you need a new device. There are plenty of threads on this and others who have had the same issues.
