so how long does lkcarter take to send phones out.. i ordered mine on Dec 2, when would you expect me to receive it. Since all this stuff is arising i am not sure what to do but i would like to activate this diamond as soon as it gets here because i have not had a phone for over week. I really need to check some messages and texts.... you guys pretty much all advise putting a pay pal claim against the sellers???
