I will post screenshot of my account page later,.. basically got a free phone. Cost of phone credited to my account, plus additional $100 off for next month. My bro got hit with a double charge (for 2 phones, but purchased 1) on his debit card, complained, got price of 2 phones refunded to his debit, plus refund for cost of 1 phone credited to his account. Sprint really f'd up!
