using the Wifi on the Mogul is probably contributory to your overheating problems... Wifi sucks power (and makes heat)...
Wifi is, though, one of the added features that the Touch Diamond has over the Vogue...
(but for now I'm sticking with the Vogue... and yes, no overheating issue with my Vogue...)
