Thank you both for the suggestions. However, neither of us have any use for an expensive Verizon data plan... and unfortunately her Palm does not have WiFi. Also, Outlook is not free.

I love the simplicity of the Q's bluetooth software. We didn't have to involve any other devices... just our two phones. And it was nice that we didn't have to share all of our appointments (for example: its my job to remember to put the trash out to the curb on Wednesdays... not hers ).

I was hoping someone would know of an existing solution... but perhaps I will have to take a stab at recreating the Q software myself.

P.S. I was a website developer until I became a stay-at-home dad... so if Microsoft's free Visual Studio Express edition supports mobile development... and my 13 month old son allows me... I may give a shot.
