I don't know.
I've had an XV6800 for a long time now, and have yet to see these spots. It sounds to as though you are determined to hate the Mogul, as evidenced by the way you somehow feel IE is HTC's fault. No, it's Microsoft's. They made a sucky browser. That simple.
Perhaps my XV is different composition wise from your Mogul, which in that case, you can forget anythign I said.
