I recently received the HTC touch Diamond (sprint). I have been unsuccessful in being able to sync the device to my computer. The computer will recognize the devise and attempt to download pictures etc. but Windows Mobile device manager will not recognize the device at all. My may reason for having the phone is to sync it with outlook. Sprint Tech Support now tells me that this phone will not sync with outlook and that I have to use Sprint.com for loading my contacts and appointments. This can no be right. Someone please help.
