Without any changes, mine blinks for about the 5 minutes the grayed out setting displays - the box is by default unchecked, maybe it's a backwards flag? Checked flashes, unchecked doesn't?

I just want the 'repeat' for the sound ungrayed; my work's 'paging' system is actually text messages - and in the middle of the night - the first notification of the new message isn't enough to wake me up!
