This doesn't make much sense, but maybe it is my fault as I haven't disclosed when I will jump to 4.x release

3.xx will be reserved for CE OS 5.2.199XX AKU 1.2.X
4.xx will be reserved for CE OS 5.2.207XX AKU 1.4.X

...and 3.9 does have some bug issues that bother me that have been fixed in 3.10 ... then again it may introduce some new bugs, but it is far superior i.m.o.
