Honestly, if Sprint or Asurion don't seem to care, **** them. Sprint is losing customers continuously, and if there's something to learn from this, we should leave 'em too seeing as our personal account data is not so personal anymore. I care more about the poor bastard who paid $50 for the phone I received, when he/she had no reason whatsoever to do so, their only fault being subscribing to a bunch of ****ing incompetents.
I'm just going to focus on telling eBay so they can shut down the seller, because clearly he's doing something fishy, that much is agreed upon. Besides, I think receiving a fraudulently acquired phone negates the 'clean ESN' part of the description.
Also, for those who bought from lkcarter502, what number was addressed on your box? I got 1913315xxxx (not pasting whole thing).
