[Unplugged]

I purchased my Diamond from celldep0t on eBay several weeks ago. (I put my question on this forum last week, but it was removed to "Off topic." Go figure.) Since reading these posts, I called the Sprint Fraud department and told my story. They weren't interested. They explained that the only fraud they wanted to hear about was customers getting charged for insurance claims, etc. They had no interest what was going on with eBay, and would not investigate further.

I asked about what might happen with my phone and she said that once the phone was registered with Sprint, it should not be removed. But she couldn't guarantee it when I asked. She did admit that the transaction sounded fishy. But sorry, the Fraud Department doesn't handle this type of situation.
