Sprint has an entire fraud department, I cannot imagine it being so difficult to make a detailed report from one of our complaints and have them look into it. This could all be solved very easily. As I've said before, if this truly is a product of fraud, I have absolutely no problem returning my phone, I just want to figure this out before the 40 days are up for a Paypal claim.
Edit: Also, if you have a number for the Fraud Department at Asurion, could you please post it here or PM me with it? Thanks.

I talked to the Executive Services offices at Sprint (I imagine they're probably more capable to handle the direction of the issue), but they didnt seem to care. Just told me they got a call from Asurion telling them my claim was bogus, and to credit me back, which Sprint did.
I don't have a phone number, but I do have an email address (not on me at the moment since its on my work PC), but can get it later on.
