This is what amazes me the most. This must mean 1 of 2 things: a. it is not happening like some think it is happening, or b. Sprint thinks this is some sort of joke that a bunch of people on the internet have made up to waste their time.
Sprint has an entire fraud department, I cannot imagine it being so difficult to make a detailed report from one of our complaints and have them look into it. This could all be solved very easily. As I've said before, if this truly is a product of fraud, I have absolutely no problem returning my phone, I just want to figure this out before the 40 days are up for a Paypal claim.
