I just called a *2 rep. and asked to have my plan switched over to SERO... She had no clue what I was talking about, So I gave her the Sprint.com/sero address to look at, And after about 15 minutes of being on and off hold as she set up the plan, I was just about 100% set... I then had to call retentions to have them activate the free txt messaging that was also advertised because the *2 rep couldn't see that option in her system.
So to make a long story short... Call *2... I didnt even need a sprint employee's address, I just said that a friend of mine from a sprint store couldnt get it done, and he had recommended that I call Customer Care.
