a newbie horror story

hi there i successfully flashed my okta touch phone with this image RUU_PPST_Vogue_SPRINT_WWE_3.03.651.4_2_Radio_3.42. 30_AM_NV_2.04_Ship
unfortunatley what i didnt count on was that i couldnt change my carrier from sprint to telecom nz so i first tried to install this file Carriers_Telecom_NZ.cab but that would not install so this is where things got messy i installed unlocker .41.coke ( not to sure why) then i down loaded the stock telecom rom from this site and and flashed my phone with it at first it seemed to go successfully and after rebooting i realised that things hadnt gone so well my phone just hung at the htc splash screen (which is from the rom RUU_PPST_Vogue_SPRINT_WWE_3.03.651.4_2_Radio_3.42. 30_AM_NV_2.04_Ship) so the flash didnt work at all and now the phone does not go either well it hangs i suppose . so next i tried to reflash the sprint rom which stopped at 29% and entered recovery mode and is now stuck in boot loader screen with a RUUNBH in top right corner. now i can get out of this by reflashing the stock telecom rom i downloaded frmo this site but it hangs at the htc splash screen. can i save my phone from here and if so how do i go about doing it
