I have the same damn problem. I'm one week into having a touch pro. I just returned my other one for scratchy audio and the raised home key. This second one doesn't have any of the problems that my first one had. But Something didn't feel right on the keyboard when I was typing.

I thought Sprint stores only allowed 1 exchange in the 30 days? How can I get this replaced and would the store even consider his a defect?
