I found out about this last night, and I received the phone 10 days ago. I noticed nothing suspicious in the paperwork because of the acronyms used.
As of right now I am unsure of what to do. If sprint blacklists the ESN I'll probably see what retentions has to say, if if they can do nothing I'll just put a sim in the phone and go to alltel.
