Um, there is such a thing as LCD Ghosting and all those that say different are wrong.

However it's not called burn-in, but rather image persistence. It occurs when you leave a still image on a LCD for an extended period of time. There's a potential fix for this:

1) Create an all-white picture
2) Turn down your brightness on your device (must be on, but just slightly)
3) Leave the all-white picture displayed until the persistence is gone (generally a few hours I believe).

This is an uncommon issue and is the reason why you should never leave a still image on your screen for an extended period of time
