Go to Emoze.com and they have a handy piece of software you run on your desktop that pushes your mail to a secure server then to your phone. Then you you point your phone there and download an app to the phone and they sync, this is how I get around my corporate IT settings, and I am the IT Manager at my division and am not allowed to setup activesync for anyone, including myself, the Corporate IT Gods want us to use GoodLink, which is junk as far as I can see. I have had no problems with EMOZE, and it is free.
