I had to discover my settings where I work... do you have access to a web version of your outlook email?

ours is mail.companyname.edu (it's a university affiliated medical center, yours would be .com most likely)

I put that in as the server, and I already knew the domain info from how it populates it into various login screens for other company websites, if you enter your password wrong...

So needless to say I was pleasantly surprised that it works. Been here two years, and I'm still not sure if they even want people who haven't been explicitly granted mobile email access to have this ability...ha
