sorry about the slow response... I already tried the soft reset, I have stock sprint rom: 1.03.651.3. the phone is in flight mode. I have tried it without being in flight mode, and the program changes it to flight mode.

and thats it. Any help would be appreciated
I know I can get the MSL by calling in and telling them i need to do an RTN, but this would be handy to have.
