Once again , This entire sale was in deed FRAUD, Making claims against someone elses insurance is FRAUD and is a Federal Offense , plus local and state offense.
Again, I'm asking how you would prove this to Paypal. I know full well what fraud is, I'm asking how you present this to Paypal, what burden of proof do they require?
