My box had a different cell # on it, so for all intents and purposes, looks like lkcarter502 is doing the same thing.

Leaving a negative feedback now, and reporting to eBay. I don't have insurance on my plan, so we'll see what happens. I could sell mine right now and purchase one from a legit eBay seller, but that would leave some other poor bastard with a blacklisted phone, so I'm not going to do that. I'll shoot off a tip to the Consumerist too I guess.

The one week delay in shipping is probably explainable by waiting for acquisition of account information from the people who bought from him, and then doing the "chain/(n+1)" thing - A's info gets B his phone, B's info gets C his phone, A gets a refund from seller.

Sucks too - with his low feedback I was expecting at worse to not get the item, or a different ESN than he provided me, and use my CC company to chargeback.
