iPhone uses ActiveSync. They are using what you need.

I would try to call the server exchange.yourcompany.com and see if ActiveSync asks for your username/password

You can borrow sombody's iPhone and get the name of the server.

Be nice to an IT person and ask what the external name or IP address of the exchange server is.

You might also find it by this.

From dos prompt

nslookup
>set type=mx
>mycompany.com

that will return the email servers, and most likely the first one is the exchange server.

then type
>exit
c:\


Or, just let the IT person play with your phone. Most will like it, although it is not as cool as iPhone or as business oriented as BB
