Re: Diamonds on eBay

Like I said if something is too good to be true then its a scam.

Turned everything over to the FBI Cybercrimes division so we will see if they take the ball and run with it.

Whoever theese paople are will be looking at serious prison time as the charges also include wire fraud as they used a tellicomunications device being the internet to do the crimes.

I got my origional diamond back from the courthouse today called asourion and they did verify that this was a claimed phone. Sprint black listed the esn because of fraud. See in my post before. I didnt care as im on cricket but couldnt roam on sprint after they blocked the esn. So I cloned it. Still got cought and almost got brought up on charges for receiving stolen property and for cloning the phone with a good esn.

If I were you guys I would start fileing complaints with your local AG's and paypal so you can cover your ***. Because this will surely be investigated and all phones out there will be black listed sooner or later.

I remember that last scam which involved the treo 700w's and p's when they first came out. HOT phones as in sweet kick *** and everyone wanted them. Look over on xda hundreds of peoples phones were black listed.

The same is happening to the diamond and pro's. Now whats really sad is theese phones are iphone killers but because of this bull**** the phone gets a bad rep and sales figures cant really be determined.
