I do believe it is a delay in the sprint servers. when I send my dad a pic useing sprint pic mail it takes anywhere from a few hours to a few days to get to him, but when I send to my friend he gets it almost instantly. I usually use the smms with my friend though. He has a treo 700wx with smms. Now when I send it to my wife it takes a while to get to her and she has a touch with smms and sprint pic mail. the sprint pic mail seems to override the smms
