okay i give up i am clueless what is a rom? Okay maybe not clueless I just read a good article...If I understand correctly its the read only memory that includes the operating system files....this can be "rewritten" for updates..so flashing your rom with "hacks" can unlock things and enable things that were locked or disabled....right?
