I was able to remove pin#4 from my 6800/mogul wire but when I plug it into my VZ TP, I dont get the "VIDEO OUT- NTSC/PAL" popup.

Also, under Settings >> Connections, there is no TV-Output option.

Did a quick registry search and found only a few keys that reference "tvout"
HKLM\Software\HTC\H2W
TVOutCableIn=0

When I set this value to 1 manually, right away the VIDEO-OUT menu pops up and asks to choose NTSC/PAL, video is then output to the TV just fine.

Another registry key... not sure what this does:

HKLM\Software\HTC\TVOut\
FunctionEnable=0 (I tried changing to 1 but no difference)
