Re: Find ESN After Sprint to Alltel Switch

I had a issue like this when I tried to activate my phone. They never told me that my ESN was stolen, just that it wasn't working I checked the Box for the phone and it had the long ESN#. It was A10000XXXXXX. I then called and read them off just the numbers after the zeros. They said it was active and there was no reason it wouldn't work. And of course it wouldn't work. I then called an Alltel Rep and she asked for the ESN, and I read off the whole ESN. She said she'd never heard of a ESN that had a "1" after the "A". She did that and it worked fine. I don't know if that will help or not.
