I can use the hardware kb for long texts, emails, etc. or I can use the software kb to quickly answer a text in portrait mode.

I'm really not sure why it works after going back to the original settings and then modifying the registry again, but it does work the way I want it to.

Here are a couple of screenshots of it in landscape mode, but with the software kb active and also in portrait mode with the software kb active. I also included the zip file for both the original settings and the modified settings.

I lucked out and it all worked my first time changing it. Thanks!
