I did a soft reset, the problem goes away.
If I make a phone call from the pro, the problem does not reoccur.
If I receive an incoming call, I talk for a lil bit, I hit the unhook key (hard key) twice to hang up and close the dialer, the problem is back.

From that point forward, anytime I slide the keyboard, the running application will change (sometimes showing the dialer, sometimes the landscape touchflo 3d screen, or something else but never stay on the screen its supposed too). Also as discussed above, simply using an application like Opera, that switches from landscape to portrait mode based on phone orientation, also causes the same problem. So it doesn't seem specifically tied to sliding the keyboard, but instead just switching from to portrait/landscape in general.

I am running the stock sprint rom.
I do not have the hack that matthew23 uses HKEY_CURRENT_USER\ControlPanel\Sip ->"TurnOffAutoDeploy"=1, but tried it with no affect
I tried setting HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Shell\ShowTitleBarClock from 0 to 1 to 2, but it has no affect

I do have custom taskbar icons.
I have installed GoodThings2Life's tweak only cleanup.
But I've installed a bunch of other programs and reg hacks, so it could be any number of variables.

Anyone have a simpler setup that has this same problem? What additional programs and hacks did you install? If you have a shorter list, it may be easier to find the specific culprit.
