The latest version of Big J's ROM is built using Helmi's R4 kitchen. The process of building and flashing a custom ROM is fairly straightforward, and you'll find a great "how-to" manual in the main directory of the kitchen once it is extracted. Be sure to read the manual completely a couple of times before diving in.
