i would keep it and sell the instinct.. though, i always like to keep a backup sprint phone handy just incase... you never know. i always keep my last phone, and donate the one before that.

and about build quality.. yeah no. its definitely cheaper feeling than their previous phones. the tilt had metal around the screen.. actual metal. the closest thing to metal that i've seen on this phone is the fake chrome (which is falling off lol)..
