Sprint has the best plan if you have sero. Sero 29.99 plan is discontinue but there is way to get it. I compared it verizon and att the plan offer with sero will save you 50 bucks a month. Hope this helps.

I agree, if you put pressure on spring usually they will make things right with you. One thing to note though if you talked to retentions (or any department for that matter) giving them the ultimatum of canceling with attitude attached won't get you anywhere. I have done this only to feel pretty stupid when they called my bluff!
(looking back I shouldn't have handled it that way in the first place, but thats another story)
I suggest you do as suggested above with e-mailing e-care, and moving up to retentions if needed. Just remember to be friendly and explain your only wanting what is fair. Just my 2 cents.
