That was part of the update released last month. To use that feature, you have to go to "Pictures & Videos" - not "Album" and browse to the picture or video you want. In the menu will be the option "Configure Destinations". That will allow you to input your username/password for each service you use. Then you can choose "Post to Service" and it will upload to your space. I use it for myspace and youtube. Works great.
