Re: Asuion replacements (sending incorrect device)

Called Asurion today, they said they have never mailed out a TP to a customer because they cannot get any. They said there is an indefinite wait on the Touch Pro and told me I can keep the diamond or wait forever (basically.) I went to ask him how is it that people can order NEW phones through Sprint warehouse but no one can get it from Asurion. The guy told me NO ONE has recieved the Touch Pro from Sprint since the 5th and I am still in line. I called him a liar and demanded the Office of the CEO again. Will update when I find out more.

(PS. I told them that Sprint says the problem is with them ordering the wrong phone, and they need to 3 way the call and he refused.)
