Possible solution for pandora radio on WinMo

I know we've been looking for a possible Pandora solution for Windows Mobile for a long time and some information I've been reading led me to a possible avenue of exploration. Even though I use Sprint personally I might work at a corporate store of a certain wireless caqrrier with three letters in its name. That being siad, they recently released an LG WinMo phone with a Pandora application preloaded. Since I work with these phones regularly it would not be outside the realm of possibility to perform a ROM dump on one of these phones which I would post later for someone to play with and possibly lift the Pandora application out of. My question is that if I were to do so, what would be the easiest way to do this and would it be feasable? I understand that AT&T is charging for Pandora, however I think with a little modfication we could make it work or at least come a little closer than we have before.

What are your guys thoughts?
