ringtone delay has nothing to do with a simple regedit.

The HTC Dialerskin uses 10mb of memory which is why the delayed response between phonecall coming in and phone ringing.

There IS a regedit to fix that, although it is by using the Original windows mobile dialer. Keep in mind, using this, you lose the "nice" caller id display & volume controls. All that goes back to the windows mobile standard mode!
