So I registered at 4pda.ru, only took about 30 minutes, and found some more info on this nifty little app. I translated the page using Google Translate and then changed it a bit myself to make it easier to understand.

When you click on the clock it runs the application that you can reassign in the settings (default - the system menu hours)
When you click on the year, it opens the options menu.
Controls:
1. The joystick left - go to the previous month.
2. Joystick right - go to the next month.
3. The joystick in the center - go to the current month if viewing the non-current month.
4. Short press (1 second) on any day on the calendar allows you to open it in your default calendar app.
5. Long press (2 seconds) on any day on the calendar allows you to observe it and assign a small circle description for further reminder, all you can observe up to 80 days. Must have user days selected in the settings menu.

If you add a comment it doesn't add it in the default calendar app.
