I had no choice...
Sprint here in the Coachella Valley is a joke. Their coverage worsens daily and I had dropped calls all day every day. It got so bad that Hesse's office tried to call me and could not get through!
Their current map is like swiss cheese - my primary business line was seriously affected...imagine a custoemr calling up who is upset and the call drops? They think you hung up on them!
I have the HTC TP with Verizon. I love goofing with the wallpapers and themes. This will not take a theme change.
I added palringo, snap2face, and cannot change the weather to anything in my area.
It is wonderful to know what the weather is in Barcelona, London and the like...but I would like to see cities here in the Coachella Valley.
So what are my choices? Sprint: losing towers daily due to inrastructure changes and payments to the leasing company on those towers and seriously affected service; AT&T: so far, only complaints on the iPhone and the darn HTC Pro GSM has the whackiest keyboard setup I have laid eyes on...could not use it quickly and their service is only marginally better than Sprint's out here; Verizon: only service valley wide...HTC TP or the Storm? The Storm was a disaster and is still on my desk awaiting a return. Check the blackberry forums for that horrendous release.
If anyone can figure out how to make my HTC TP from Verizon work better, than I am all for it. Otherwise, it comes down to having a cool customizable phone and no service or a locked down phone and my customers can reach me daily.
