Any differences from what you had before when the issues presented itself?

Also, I may be crazy or may have overlooked it because of frustration and being tired... but I notice after the hard reset that when you soft reset there's an animation of the Sprint logo and there's an HTC splash screen...

I could swear that when I had the issues, when I soft reset these were not playing themselves.
This is the same basic configuration that I had before the endless loop.

I don't remember the animations playing after every soft reset. I do remember it playing after the hard reset. I stopped playing with the phone in the afternoon since I was runing errands. I'll take a look and see if the animation comes up after a soft reset.

In Memmaid click the Start Up Programs tab (fourth tab) > then click the downward pointing arrow and select "Start Up Services". The dll is right on top, and will have safemode in the"Type Service area below the list. Just click delete, and soft reset with any app.

I have soft reset numerous time already with no issues, and boot up seems much quicker. And please remeber to det the name of the dll before you delete it.
I don't have the DLL in my startup (being I don't have iLauncher's safemode enabled, I didn't expect to find it ) and I don't think I had it before when I was having the looping problem.
