I haven't tried this but here's a cab file that's supposed to uninstall the Valhalla GPSserver.
Instructions:- Install GC VZW MR1 GPSUninstall.cab.
- Navigate to Start -> Settings, and click on Remove Programs in the System tab.
- Select Valhalla Legends GPSServer and click Remove.
- Soft reset the device.
