No, unfortunately there isn't. They have stubbornly refused to remedy this despite repeated requests from users for a solution....
When you install KP (I have the paid version) it immediately highjacks
ALL your file associations. That alone is bad enough, but to add insult to injury it does it without even asking permission....(unless that's been corrected in a version that I was not notified about)
After installing KP in my TouchPro, the next step I took was to open Resco Explorer & reset the file associations the way I wanted them......
