I'm sure you felt good after writing that post, truth is people know it as burn in, including sprint.

I also am the proud owner of a phone that displays my locking screen all the time. Here's the interesting thing, my 700wx, 6800, 6900 all had the screen on while charging and never had this issue.

Someone said it's not a reason to return the phone? I am not going to run screens of base colors on the most expensive phone I've ever owned to try to fix the problem myself. Mine goes back tomorrow.

Also, look at most grocery store check out monitors, the trains on the strip in Vegas, or other places like the Sprint store. This is much more common than you think. However my Touch Pro is less than a month old. I'm very unimpressed with the screen now.
