i'm not gonna lie.. blackberries are stable. very. i'm not wiling to pay the data fee though. and i want to customize my device. iphone's are fairly stable too, but don't do the simple things like copy/paste, mms, gps, etc. i need that ****. pretty much anything that has been developed properly is going to be more stable than a windows mobile device, simply because there are so many windows mobile devices, which has always been the excuse with the comparison of pc vs mac. due to the numerous hardware differences, windows has always been in the business of making one software version that works with everything, and that system will never be perfect. but i don't have many problems with my pro, and i really didn't have that many windows related glitches with the diamond either. i have to soft reset sometimes, and it runs better for the rest of the day. the problems i have with the pro i didn't have with the diamond. thankfully though, i don't have the problems i had with the diamond on the pro though.

AWW yes, I forgot about the 'UNLIMITED EVERYTHING plan" ... we were forced to switch to it today when we added a line.... there is no more '$15' for sprint pcs vision... and no more $5 unlimited texting... of course I knew it was coming when verizon started making special plans just for their 'smart/ppc' phones that used extra data that were unlimimted for 99.99 and I was getting "unlimited" on my sprint plan with $15 for sprint pcs vision and $5 for unlimited texting... back when they were trying to figure out how to deal with people like me using the 'vision' service for wireless broadband....
Good comparison to the mac vs windows argument..... other developers can make stuff for windows, and some of it can be ****ty, but its made to be compatible... other computer manufacturers can use windows and install it on ****ty hardware and sell it, likewise, windows is just trying to be compatible. Then its up to the owner to decide what is quality and what isn't... Personally, I like others being able to develope, especially open source and development, but because it isn't commercially based... it won't have the resources for testing and debugging etc.... On the other end, mac and other closed dev. systems up their prices and tries to include *everything* you could need for it... then if you try to find something else, you better hope mac provides it (althought at a cost) cause its not as a likely to find it for free.... personally I see apple as more of a monopoly than microsoft... 'only our software can go on our equipment', it will not be compatible with opensource, come to us and pay more money... oh and yeah we downgraded that ipod so you have to go back to using itunes until 3rd parties catch up, and hopefully during that time you go back to using our itunes store so we can control where you buy music....
but yea thats more of a rant lol. thanks again for the info
so... is this like, the charging causes so much heat, it cannot charge and function at the same time.... or possibly from using the bluetooth while trying to charge it, it reaches a point where the heat is preventing charge at a rate the bluetooth connection is draining it faster? something like that??
