Like I said earlier, I have tried all the reg edits and tried UI Tweaker
When not using large start menu it is working, but not for the top right "X" that closes programs. The following I have aready tried, but they did not seem to do much, maybe they will after changing the .tsk and continuing not using the large menue.

"BaseHue" value to 160
