Regarding the ghost Armor, my 2 year old son just gnawed on it and damaged the armor but not the phone and I got a replacement. No questions asked. They asked what peices needed replacing (as it was just 2 pieces) but sent a full cover for me. Score! Great customer service. I had to send them back my damaged pieces, though.....
