my suggestion to you is to read the first sticky thoroughly regarding how to unlock and flash both roms and radios. This question is really answered better by doing the reading that is required to learn how to do this and to ensure you do not brick your phone. edit: I guessed you already read some of this thread based on your question. I would hold off on doing any radio upgrades until you understand the exact process of flashing a rom/radio. it's not difficult but you need to be sure to know this ahead of time. The ROMUpdateUtility is the file that you select first which leads you throught the process of flashing. but like I said, dont do this unless you are comfortable with the process and unlocked your phone already.
