At this point I'm pretty sure there are no private methods of replacing the bezel.
This concerns me, though, as I seem to be hearing about this bezel cracking a lot. And as careful as I try to be with my phone. I dropped my Mogul three times in its life. The minor chips and cracks never did TOO much damage other than aesthetic, but it sounds like this phone's much more severely affected.
What kind of drop was it, out of curiosity? Height? Surface?
